Also check all plugs are properly terminated. Check for stray strands of screen braid that could be touching the inner conductor. If you have any wall plate sockets take the wall plates off and check the state of the terminations of the cable. Other checks to make are that all the cabling is in good working order.
#WII NO SIGNAL ON TV TV#
If that restores signal to that TV then the distribution unit is suspect and the aerial is OK. If it is a masthead type with a power supply behind one of the TVs it is possible the PSU has been disconnected or switched off when things were moved around.Īnother check that may be possible is to connect the aerial lead directly to one of the leads to the TVs. Whichever type it is check the power supply and any power indicators on the unit to show there is power on the unit. If it is a masthead type unit it will be powered via one of the aerial cables from a small power supply unit behind one of the TVs. It could be mains powered directly or it could be remote powered. If the distribution unit is a powered device of some sort the obvious first check is that it is still getting power. This would suggest the distribution system and/or the aerial.
#WII NO SIGNAL ON TV PLUS#
Reset a remote (hold a reset button for >3 secs), still nothing happened! I moved the stick to different HDMI ports, still same problem! I disconnected the stick and tried on to other four TVs: Hisense, Samsung, Olevia, and Sceptre - Same problem of no picture, no audio (Noticed that these TVs worked with my old Roku 3.) At this point, I came to a conclusion that this wonderful Roku Streaming Stick Plus doesn’t work at all.As all TVs have stopped working the implication is that something common to all 4 has died. Turned on TV again, same problem of having no picture and no audio but a moving “No Signal” sign. I unplug a USB cord from the USB connector on the TV, and plug it into a wall outlet using the included power cable and adaptor. but a “No Signal” sign appeared and moving across the screen. I turned TV on and nothing happened - no picture, no audio, etc. Just for your info, my Roku 3 still works like a champ, however. I unplugged my Roku 3 off from my 40″ TV, brand Vizio, and replace it with a new device. I was so excited to try it out right away. I just bought this Roku Streaming Stick+ SKU# 3810RW from a nearby Walmart store for $~30, today. And using third-party adapters can cause issues with power and loss of signal. Make sure that it’s the one that came in the box with your Roku player. If there is no signal whatsoever and your Roku still isn’t responding, the issue may be that you’re using the wrong power adapter.

Sometimes, this is enough for your Roku signal to come back on.Īlso, make sure that all of the power cords are not damaged in any way. Make sure you do it carefully and connect them to all the right inputs. After a few minutes, plug all the cables back in. Unplug all the cables from the outlets and do the same with the video cables. But, if you find yourself in a situation where nothing is on and there is no signal or response, you should try some of these options: 1. What to do if There is No Power to Your Roku DeviceĪll of the previously suggested options are applicable if the power light on your Roku Player or Streaming Stick is on.
